Back To School Checklist
While some homeschool supplies vary from year to year, generally you will need and use these staples during the course of each school year. Feel free to modify this list to meet your family's particular needs and routines.
Here's a "Back To School" supplies checklist for you!
Pencils
Pencil Sharpener (X-ACTO has a fantastic electric pencil sharpener)
Pens
Glue Sticks
White glue
Copy paper
Construction paper
Erasers (I like Pentel's Hi-polymer Block Eraser which makes for easier, cleaner erasing)
Scissors
Rulers
Markers
Crayons
Colored pencils
Notebooks
3-ring binders (to contain all their assignments in one place)
Index cards (great for scripture memory boxes)
Watercolor paints
Tempura paints (for early elementary; acrylics can be used for older children)
A staple remover
File folders
Playdough or modeling clay
Other items to consider...
Microscope slides
A yardstick
Scotch tape
Rubber bands
